There are shared interests with MOSS (10) in the investigation of osteoarthritis. Grant applications that focus on inflammatory aspects of osteoarthritis may be assigned to MOSS (12). Application focusing on all other aspects of osteoarthritis may be reviewed in MOSS (10).

There are shared interests with the Immunology Integrated Review Group (IRG) Special Emphasis Panel ZRG1 IMM (10) in the investigation of rheumatoid arthritis. Applications that focus on the validation of imaging methods or device development related specifically to evaluation of function, or the assessment and treatment of rheumatic diseases may be assigned to MOSS (12). Applications that focus on the immunological aspects of rheumatic diseases may be assigned to IMM (10).

There are shared interests with Biomaterials, Delivery, and Nanotechnology [BST (10)] small business SEP in the areas of wound healing and drug delivery. Applications focusing on the design and development of drug delivery systems and biomaterials for general wound healing may be reviewed in BST (10). Applications that focus on using such materials specifically for skin wound healing and drug delivery through skin barrier are reviewed in MOSS (12).

There are shared interests with Surgical Sciences, Biomedical Imaging, and Bioengineering (SBIB) small business SEP [SBIB (11)] in the area of wound healing. Applications focusing on surgical wound healing are reviewed in SBIB (11). Application that focus on skin and chronic wounds may be reviewed in MOSS (12).
