Dr. Andrea Kelly is a Scientific Review Officer in NIH’s Center for Scientific Review (CSR) Biobehavioral and Behavioral Processes Integrated Review Group.

She oversees the Biobehavioral Regulation, Learning and Ethology (BRLE) study section and various Special Emphasis Panels, including those that review of applications for animal and biological resource facilities. After earning a Ph.D. in the Neural, Informational, and Behavioral Sciences Program at the University of Southern California, Dr. Kelly came to NIH for a research associateship through the National Research Council. Dr. Kelly contracted for several years as a project manager and science writer for a number of NIH Institutes and Centers, and then served as a Scientific Review Officer at the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders before coming to CSR.
