Dr. Katherine (Kacey) Morasch earned her doctoral degree in developmental and biological psychology from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, where she also completed post-doctoral training. Her area of expertise is in developmental psychobiology, with a research background focused on developmental cognitive neuroscience and the integration of cognition and emotion in early childhood. Prior to joining CSR, Dr. Morasch held federal positions as an intramural scientist in the Division of Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the Walter Reed Army Institute for Research and as a senior social scientist in the National Center for Health Workforce Analysis at the Health Resources and Services Administration.
