Dr. Anthony Foster received his Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda. He trained as a post-doctoral fellow at the National Cancer Institute before accepting a staff scientist position at the Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC). At NMRC, Dr. Foster managed and participated in several research projects. He conducted immunology-based research in the areas of bone marrow transplantation and the treatment of combat-related injuries. Prior to joining CSR, Dr. Foster managed the peer review of grant applications for multiple DoD-funded medical research programs as a contractor for General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc.
