Ms. Carla Ward is an Ethics Program Specialist located in the Office of the Director. She, along with other Ethics Specialists, are responsible for being the first line of contact for employees. Ms. Ward assists CSR’s Deputy Ethics Counselor with handling the day-to-day functioning of the CSR Ethics Office, assists employees, reviews forms, distributes information, provides guidance, and follows up with employees when additional information is needed. She facilitates in-person training/briefings on various ethics issues.
Ms. Ward received a Master of Public Administration from American Public University in Charles Town, West Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
