Mr. Rashid Shah is Branch Chief of Strategic Planning & Implementation in the Division of Planning, Analysis, and Information Management (DPAIM) at CSR. In this role, he has served as an expert in information technology, process analysis, and project management. He has developed strategic plans that touch on almost every aspect of CSR’s business and has overseen their implementation. Prior to joining CSR, he worked with a range of federal agencies including the Office of Management and Budget, Department of Treasury, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Labor. Mr. Shah holds a Master of Science in management information systems from the University of Maryland University College and a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
