Biography

Dr. Marc Boulay received his Ph.D. in international health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where he then served as an assistant professor in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society and as the Deputy Director for Program Evaluation in the School’s Center for Communication Programs. His research there focused on the psychosocial determinants of health behaviors and the influence of mass mediated and interpersonal communication channels on health behaviors. Marc is an Assistant Director in the Division of Receipt and Referral. Prior to this position, he served as a Scientific Review Officer for CSR’s Social Psychology, Personality, and Interpersonal Processes (SPIP) Study Section for 6 years.
