Mr. Chuck Dunn is an associate director within the CSR Office of Communications and Outreach. He develops and executes communication and outreach strategies in support of CSR’s goals and objectives. Chuck oversees outreach on social media, serves as CSR’s legislative liaison, and represents CSR on the NIH Digital Council. Prior to joining CSR in 2021, Chuck was with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute where he served as the chief strategist for internal communications. He received an M.A. in strategic communication from American University in Washington, DC, and a B.S. in communication from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
