Mr. Lamont Williams is an Associate Director within the Office of Communications and Outreach at CSR. He has more than 25 years of experience leading and managing communications, publishing activities, media relations, and promotional efforts for a variety of organizations in the biomedical field. Prior to joining CSR, he served as the Director of Communications at the NIH Office of Research on Women’s Health and as a public affairs specialist at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Lamont has a bachelor’s degree in biology, with a concentration in cell and molecular biology. After college, he received training in medical editing at the W.B. Saunders Medical Publishing Company (now a part of Elsevier) in Philadelphia.
