Neuropathology C – NPC
Review Branch Summary
The Neuropathology C (NPC) Review Branch reviews basic, applied, and clinical applications encompassing neurobiology and neuropathology of brain development, regulation of behavior by endocrine, immune, circadian, and sleep systems, and the neural bases of learning, memory, and decision making. The branch also reviews applications focusing on aging-related cognitive changes, geriatric syndromes, and neurodegenerative diseases. Research in these areas are performed in both animals and humans.
