Biography
Mr. Leo Wu is Chief of the IT Services and Solutions Branch (ISSB) within the Division of Planning, Analysis, and Information Management (DPAIM). He provides leadership and expert guidance in planning, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining information systems and applications. Mr. Wu serves as a focal point and subject matter expert in the arena of information technology and data science and advises senior leadership on the use of cutting-edge technologies in advancing CSR missions. Mr. Wu joined CSR in April 2009 in an IT Specialist role and has served as the deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for CSR since 2016. He holds an M.B.A. in information systems management from Southeastern University and a master’s certificate in project management from the George Washington University School of Business.
