Dr. Shan Wang received his Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry at Oregon State University in Corvallis, and he did postdoctoral training at the Research Triangle Institute in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. After working in the biotech industry and pharmaceutical industry as a medicinal chemist for many years, he became a business entrepreneur and corporate executive in the nutraceutical industry with broad, hands-on experience in the full spectrum of activities related to the production of consumer packaged goods and international e-commerce trade.
