Requests to change the assigned funding institute/center are best addressed in a scientific dialogue between the PD/PI and program officer at their desired institute/center. If the PD/PI has not identified a program officer, alternately they may send a scientific rationale to the Division of Receipt and Referral at csrdrr@mail.nih.gov.
When the review location, primary or dual institute, or timetable for consideration (advisory council round) is changed for an application, the information will be updated in eRA Commons.
