Mr. Liam Murray is an ethics specialist within the Office of the Director. He is responsible for being the first line of contact for employees. Liam assists CSR’s Deputy Ethics Counselor with handling the day-to-day functioning of the CSR Ethics Office, assists employees, reviews forms, distributes information, provides guidance, and follows up with employees when additional information is needed. He facilitates in-person training/briefings on various ethics issues. Prior to joining CSR, Mr. Murray served as a Transportation Security Officer with the Transportation Security Administration and as an officer in his union. In this role, he balanced passenger screening functions with negotiating workplace disputes between fellow officers and management officials. Liam earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
