Dr. Xinrui Li obtained her Ph.D. in cell biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also completed postdoctoral training before joining the Division of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology as an Instructor of Medicine. Her research background and expertise include genetic and epigenetic factors associated with autoimmune disease, as well as how these factors impact biological outcomes. Before joining the CSR, Dr. Li worked at Scripps Research providing professional and career development training for Ph.D.-level biomedical scientists.
