Dr. Dianne Hardy received her Ph.D. in biology from the University of Virginia, and her postdoctoral training was in male reproduction at Johns Hopkins University. For many years, she was a scientist at the Population Council in New York City, conducting basic research in the area of androgen regulated gene expression, endocrine disruptors, and 11ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in Leydig cells.
