Review Branch Summary

The Epidemiology and Population Health Review Branch is led by Dr. Lisa Steele. EPH reviews crosscutting research relating the distribution and determinants of human health at the population level focusing on health states, epidemiologic methodology and health-related exposures. The study sections cover the full range of population health outcomes including chronic and infectious disease together with assessment of environmental factors and health behaviors that affect these outcomes and the development and improvement of research designs and methodologies addressing epidemiologic questions.
